ARTIST STATEMENT
I believe that when our hearts are softened, we lower our guards, open up to kindness, and become more accepting of each other. My art is meant to spark a "heart flutter" through experiencing it over time.
I am a tinkerer and designer, born in Thailand, graduated from the UK, and now working in Japan. I am also the cheerleader (founder) of ArtGumi, an international art community.
I love learning and playing with new technologies. From traditional art I have moved into digital art, interactive art, coding, hardware and robotics. My recent work includes AR pixel art, canvases that can be scanned as QR codes, an interactive diorama with a touch-activated story, a robot who tells the story of her past lives through her eyes, and more.
If one fine day you remembers something I made and feels fluffy in your heart, then my art has done what I hoped for.
